The services of Steel Inspect include the planning, monitoring and supporting of projects worldwide in the field of renewable energies, general power plant construction, engineering systems, different industrial plants and wind farms on- and offshore, using a top-skilled interdisciplinary team which ensures a high quality standard without any compromise. This is something Steel Inspect will guarantee at its sites in Germany North, Germany South, Switzerland, United Kingdom, India, Taiwan and UAE. Additional offices will be planned according project specific needs.
Experience
Steel Inspect consistently pursues the growth path as a quality service provider for inspection and monitoring as initiated by Rienecker in 2006. Based on the Q7-Concept the experience of 15 years in the field of project management, quality assurance and expediting was transferred into a global, lean holding structure and is always being offered industry-sector specific.

Consulting and assistance for preparation of quality and manufacturing documentation, especially for inspection- & test plans and quality plans based on available construction documents.
Supplier evaluation and process monitoring.
Manufacturing monitoring and construction supervision worldwide with qualified welding and NDT experts / also reexaminations (VT, PT, MT, UT) during production and erection with own equipment / including corrosion protection and coating checks.
Inspections of pressure vessels and equipment according DGRL (pressure guideline), AD2000 and ASME.
Inspections of machinery components and equipment for HRSG, GT, DT and Auxiliaries.
Intermediate and status inspections during manufacturing / hold and inspection points according to ITP and final inspections / also pre-shipment inspections.

Preparation and leading of Kick-Off Meetings including open point and action lists as well as relevant reporting.
Provision of intercultural teams with profound technical competence and adequate social conduct and qualifications which can be listed client-specific upon request. The teams can be aligned to country and client characteristics which means that any project-specific features can be addressed centrally. This allows for a smooth communication with local suppliers and manufacturers. A project-specific further training may be offered in the respective country and on-site if this seems to be reasonable. The long term cooperating team members know and trust each other and are able to assess performance among themselves in an optimal way. Hereby, our project offices provide support for team building.
